Website Terms of Use
23 Oct 2026
1. PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE
These Website Terms of Use (the “Website Terms”) govern access to and use of www.imperial-rac.com, including its pages, forms, content, functions and any mobile version of that website (together, the “Website”).
The Website is operated by Imperial Premium Rent a Car LLC (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, a person (the “User” or “you”) confirms that the User has read and agrees to these Website Terms. A User who does not agree must not use the Website.
These Website Terms form an electronic agreement concerning use of the Website. They do not by themselves create a vehicle-rental agreement, confirm a Booking, reserve a Vehicle, approve a driver or oblige the Company to provide a service.
Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or restricts a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under Applicable Law.
2. COMPANY AND CONTACT DETAILS
The Website is operated by:
Imperial Premium Rent a Car LLC
P.O. Box 236833, Dubai, UAE
Email: [email protected]
Website: www.imperial-rac.com
Company licensing, registration and other particulars required for a particular transaction are stated in the Company’s applicable business documents, Booking Confirmation, invoice or rental Agreement and may also be made available as required by Applicable Law.
3. RELATED DOCUMENTS AND ORDER OF APPLICATION
These Website Terms apply only to use of the Website and related digital communications. The following separate documents apply where relevant:
(a) the Privacy Policy explains how the Company processes Personal Data;
(b) the Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies used on the Website and how choices may be managed;
(c) the Rental Terms and Conditions, Booking Confirmation, Vehicle Check Report, Schedule of Charges and any applicable Special Terms govern a Booking, rental Agreement, Vehicle, payment, Security Deposit, insurance, Handover, Return and related services; and
(d) terms of a bank, card issuer, payment provider, messaging service, social-media service, map provider or other third-party service govern that third party’s service.
If Website content conflicts with a confirmed Booking or executed rental Agreement, the Booking Confirmation and rental Agreement govern the rental. If these Website Terms conflict with a mandatory rule of Applicable Law, the mandatory rule prevails only to the extent of the conflict.
Capitalised rental expressions used on the Website may have the meanings given in the applicable Rental Terms and Conditions. In these Website Terms, “Applicable Law” means any law, regulation, binding decision, order, requirement or direction applicable to the Website, the User, the Company or the relevant transaction. “Personal Data” has the meaning given in the Privacy Policy.
4. WEBSITE INFORMATION
The Website provides general information about the Company, Vehicles, Vehicle categories, services, indicative availability, features, prices, promotions and ways to submit an enquiry or booking request.
We take reasonable steps to keep material Website information accurate and current. Vehicle availability, market conditions, supplier information, taxes, fees, insurance requirements, eligibility criteria and operational circumstances can change. Website content is therefore subject to verification before a Booking is confirmed.
Content may contain a typographical, technical, pricing or display error. The Company may correct an evident error and will not knowingly rely on an obvious error to mislead a consumer. If an error affects a pending request, the Company may provide corrected information and ask the User whether the User wishes to proceed. A confirmed rental is not retrospectively changed except as permitted by the rental Agreement or Applicable Law.
The Website may be available in more than one language. A translation is provided for convenience unless the Company expressly states otherwise. If two language versions conflict, the language designated in the applicable rental Agreement governs the rental, subject to Applicable Law.
5. VEHICLES, IMAGES AND SPECIFICATIONS
Vehicle photographs, videos, colours, registration plates, interiors, features, equipment, luggage capacities and specifications on the Website are illustrative unless a specific Vehicle is expressly identified and confirmed in writing.
A manufacturer, model year or Vehicle specification may change without notice. Screen settings, lighting, photography and image processing may affect appearance. A feature shown in an image may be optional, unavailable or different on the Vehicle supplied.
Where a Booking is made for a Vehicle Category rather than a specific Vehicle, the Company may supply a Vehicle in that category or an alternative as permitted by the Booking Confirmation and Rental Terms and Conditions. Website use does not give the User a right to a displayed registration plate, colour, model year or feature unless expressly confirmed in the Booking Confirmation.
6. PRICES, CURRENCY, TAX AND AVAILABILITY
Unless stated otherwise, Website prices are displayed in UAE dirhams. Prices may depend on the Vehicle, dates, duration, mileage, location, driver, availability, selected extras, insurance or protection option, Security Deposit, tax and other transaction details.
A displayed “from” price, crossed-out price, daily equivalent, search result or promotional price is not a binding quotation for every date or User. The complete price and applicable conditions are confirmed during the quotation and Booking process.
Prices shown to consumers include VAT where Applicable Law requires it. Charges that cannot reasonably be calculated until later, including usage-based Charges, Fines, tolls, parking, fuel, charging, Damage, Downtime, late Return, Impoundment or third-party charges, are governed by the applicable rental Agreement and Schedule of Charges.
Exchange-rate information is indicative unless the Company expressly fixes a rate in writing. A User’s bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate, fee or charge. The Company is not responsible for an independent provider’s rate or charge.
Vehicle availability is not guaranteed by a Website display, saved page, abandoned form, message or request. Availability is confirmed only in accordance with section 7.
7. ENQUIRIES, QUOTATIONS AND BOOKING REQUESTS
The Website may allow a User to request information, submit preferred rental details, request a quotation, communicate with the Company or start a Booking. Submitting a form, message, document or payment detail is an invitation for the Company to review the request; it is not acceptance by the Company and does not by itself form a Booking or rental Agreement.
A quotation is valid only for the period and on the assumptions stated in it. It may be withdrawn or revised before acceptance if availability, pricing, eligibility, insurance, information supplied by the User or another material assumption changes.
A Booking is confirmed only when the Company issues a written Booking Confirmation through an authorised Company channel and any stated payment, deposit, document, identity, driver-eligibility or other confirmation requirement has been satisfied. An automated acknowledgement that a form or message was received is not a Booking Confirmation unless it expressly says so.
The Company may request further information, documents, authentication or payment before confirming or performing a Booking. The Company may refuse a request where a Vehicle is unavailable, information is incomplete or inconsistent, a driver or payment method does not satisfy the applicable requirements, fraud or security concerns reasonably arise, performance would breach Applicable Law, or another lawful operational reason prevents acceptance.
The User must review the Booking Confirmation promptly and notify the Company without undue delay of an evident error. Any amendment, cancellation, refund, No-Show consequence or Failed Handover consequence is governed by the Booking Confirmation and Rental Terms and Conditions.
8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND HANDOVER
A confirmed Booking is not the same as Handover and does not guarantee that every proposed driver will be approved. Before Handover, the Company may verify identity, documents, driver eligibility, payment, Security Deposit, insurance and compliance with the Booking conditions and Applicable Law.
The rental relationship is governed by the executed rental Agreement, including the Rental Terms and Conditions, Schedule of Charges, Booking Confirmation, Vehicle Check Report and any Special Terms incorporated into it. The User must read those documents before accepting them.
No Website statement made before the rental varies the executed rental Agreement unless the variation is expressly included in the Booking Confirmation, rental Agreement or another written document issued by a person authorised to bind the Company.
9. USER INFORMATION AND AUTHORITY
The User must provide information that is accurate, current, complete and not misleading, including identity, contact, driver, Booking and payment information. The User must promptly correct information that becomes inaccurate before the relevant transaction is completed.
A User submitting information or acting for another person or organisation confirms that the User is authorised to do so and to provide the relevant information. The User must not impersonate another person, use a document or payment method without authority, conceal a material fact or submit information known to be false.
The Company may rely on information submitted through an apparently authorised email address, messaging account or Website session until it has reasonable grounds to believe otherwise. Verification by the Company does not transfer the User’s responsibility for the accuracy or lawfulness of information supplied.
10. PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT LINKS
The Website or an authorised Company communication may direct the User to a bank, acquirer, card network, payment gateway or payment-link provider. Payment services may be supplied by that provider under its own terms and privacy notice.
The User must use only the payment instructions and links issued through the Website or another verified Company channel. The Company is not responsible for money sent to an unauthorised person, altered bank detail, fraudulent link or account that the User knew or reasonably should have known was not an authorised Company payment channel.
The Company may use transaction, authentication and fraud-prevention information to verify a payment, prevent misuse, administer a refund, respond to a retrieval request or chargeback and enforce the rental Agreement, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Receipt of a payment does not by itself confirm a Booking if an express confirmation requirement remains unsatisfied. Any amount received will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable quotation, Booking Confirmation, rental Agreement and Applicable Law.
11. PERMITTED USE
The User may view the Website and make a reasonable number of copies or extracts for personal, non-commercial use in considering or administering a genuine transaction with the Company.
Any permitted copy must retain applicable copyright, trade-mark and other proprietary notices. No other licence or right is granted except as expressly stated in these Website Terms.
12. PROHIBITED USE
The User must not, directly or through another person:
(a) use the Website unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively or for a purpose unrelated to a genuine interaction with the Company;
(b) make a false, speculative, duplicate or unauthorised Booking request, or use false identity, driver, payment or contact information;
(c) interfere with, damage, disable, overload, test without authority, circumvent or compromise the Website, its security, access controls, source code, data, hosting, network or any connected system;
(d) introduce malware, malicious code, automated requests or content intended to disrupt, monitor or obtain unauthorised access;
(e) scrape, crawl, index, harvest, extract, copy or systematically collect Website content, prices, Vehicle information, contact details or Personal Data by automated means without the Company’s prior written permission, except for ordinary indexing by a publicly accessible search engine in accordance with its standard function;
(f) reverse engineer, decompile, adapt, translate, frame, mirror, reproduce, republish, sell, license or commercially exploit any Website software or content except to the extent that a restriction is prohibited by Applicable Law;
(g) remove or alter a copyright, trade-mark, security, attribution or rights-management notice;
(h) upload, transmit or publish material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, threatening, obscene, deceptive, malicious or invasive of another person’s privacy;
(i) pretend to be the Company, its employee or agent, or suggest an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist; or
(j) use the Website in a manner that may expose the Company, another User or a third party to liability, loss, investigation or security risk.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Website and its selection, arrangement, design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, databases, software, code, trade names, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by Applicable Law.
Imperial Premium Rent a Car, the Company’s name, logo and associated branding may not be used without prior written permission. A reference to a third-party trade mark, Vehicle manufacturer or service does not imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement beyond the relationship expressly stated.
If a User sends a suggestion or feedback about the Website, the Company may use it without restriction or payment, but this does not transfer ownership of the User’s pre-existing intellectual property or Personal Data. Personal Data remains governed by the Privacy Policy.
14. USER COMMUNICATIONS AND MATERIAL
A User remains responsible for material submitted through the Website or an authorised Company channel. The User confirms that the User has the right to provide it and that its use for the requested interaction will not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.
The User grants the Company a non-exclusive right to host, copy, transmit and use submitted material only to the extent reasonably necessary to respond, provide or administer the requested service, protect the Website or Company, comply with Applicable Law, or establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
The Company is not required to publish a review, image, testimonial or other public content. If separate permission is requested for marketing use, that use will be governed by the permission and the Privacy Policy.
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Website may contain or use maps, videos, social-media features, analytics, payment services, messaging links, WhatsApp, Telegram or links to third-party websites and applications. A link or technical integration is provided for convenience or functionality and does not make the Company responsible for an independent third party’s content, availability, security, terms or data processing.
When a User leaves the Website or activates a third-party service, the third party may receive information and apply its own terms, cookie choices and privacy notice. The User should review them before use.
The Company does not endorse a third-party offer merely because it is mentioned or linked. The Company is not a party to a transaction entered into directly between the User and an independent third party unless expressly stated.
16. COOKIES, PRIVACY AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
The Privacy Policy explains the Company’s processing of Personal Data. The Cookie Policy explains the Website’s use of cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies and the choices available to a User. Those documents form the relevant notices but do not alter the rental Agreement.
Where consent is required for an optional cookie, marketing communication or other processing, consent will be requested separately in a form appropriate to that purpose. Acceptance of these Website Terms is not treated as consent where Applicable Law requires distinct consent.
Operational communications concerning an enquiry, Booking, payment, Handover, Return, Vehicle, security event, Charge, claim or legal obligation are not marketing merely because they are sent electronically. Marketing choices do not prevent communications reasonably required to administer an existing interaction or Agreement.
17. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND SECURITY
The Company may maintain, update, suspend, restrict or withdraw all or part of the Website where reasonably required for security, maintenance, technical, legal, operational or business reasons. The Company does not guarantee that the Website, a particular function or third-party integration will be continuously available, uninterrupted or error-free.
The Company takes reasonable measures to protect the Website, but no internet transmission or system can be guaranteed completely secure. The User is responsible for maintaining the security of the User’s device, browser, email and messaging accounts and for checking that a communication or payment instruction is genuine.
The User must promptly notify the Company at [email protected] if the User reasonably suspects Website misuse, an unauthorised Booking or payment instruction, impersonation of the Company or a security issue affecting an interaction with the Company.
18. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Website is provided for information and access to Company services. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Company does not warrant that general Website content will meet every User’s requirements or that every item will remain current between updates.
The Company is not liable for loss caused solely by:
(a) a User’s unlawful or prohibited use of the Website;
(b) inaccurate, incomplete or unauthorised information supplied by the User or a person acting for the User;
(c) the User’s failure to verify an evident fraudulent or altered payment instruction;
(d) an independent third-party website, platform, network, bank, payment provider or service outside the Company’s reasonable control; or
(e) temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, cyberattack, communications failure, authority action or another event outside the Company’s reasonable control, provided that the Company acts reasonably in the circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Company is not liable under these Website Terms for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising solely from use or unavailability of the Website. This does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross fault, death or personal injury caused by the Company where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, nor any mandatory consumer right.
Liability arising from a Booking, rental, Vehicle, Handover, Return, payment, Accident, Damage or other rental event is governed by the rental Agreement and Applicable Law, not by this section.
19. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISUSE
The User is responsible for direct loss reasonably caused to the Company by the User’s fraud, deliberate unlawful conduct, unauthorised access, malicious interference, infringement of intellectual-property rights or material breach of section 12, to the extent established and recoverable under Applicable Law.
This section is not a fixed penalty, does not make a consumer responsible for loss caused by the Company or an unrelated third party, and does not prevent a court from determining responsibility, causation and recoverable loss under Applicable Law.
20. RESTRICTION OR TERMINATION OF ACCESS
The Company may restrict or terminate a User’s access to the Website or a function where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, a Vehicle, a person, Personal Data or the Company; investigate suspected fraud or unlawful activity; comply with Applicable Law or a Competent Authority; or respond to a material breach of these Website Terms.
Restriction of Website access does not cancel a confirmed Booking or rental Agreement unless the Company separately gives a cancellation or termination notice under the applicable document. Rights and obligations that arose before restriction continue.
21. CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE TERMS
The Company may update these Website Terms to reflect a change in the Website, service, technology, security practice, business operation or Applicable Law. The updated version will state its effective date and be published on the Website.
An update applies to Website use from its effective date. It does not retrospectively change a confirmed Booking or executed rental Agreement unless the parties lawfully agree or Applicable Law requires the change.
The User should review the current Website Terms when using the Website. Where a material change requires notice or consent under Applicable Law, the Company will provide it in the required manner.
22. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Website Terms and non-contractual obligations arising from Website use are governed by the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over a dispute arising from these Website Terms or Website use.
Before commencing proceedings, a User may contact the Company at [email protected] with sufficient details to allow the matter to be reviewed. This does not suspend a limitation period or prevent urgent relief.
23. GENERAL
If a provision of these Website Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue to apply.
A failure or delay by the Company to exercise a right is not a waiver. A waiver is effective only if made in writing by a person authorised by the Company and only for the matter stated.
The User may not assign or transfer rights under these Website Terms without the Company’s written consent. The Company may transfer operation of the Website or its rights and obligations as part of a lawful business transfer, restructuring or service arrangement, subject to Applicable Law and the Privacy Policy.
Headings are for convenience only. “Including” and similar expressions are illustrative and do not limit the general words that precede them. A reference to a law includes that law as amended, replaced or re-enacted and binding measures made under it.
These Website Terms are the entire agreement concerning use of the Website, but do not replace the documents listed in section 3.
