Booking a car in Dubai with Imperial Premium Rent a Car is a simple, verified and secure process designed for convenience, document compliance and customer protection. Whether you are booking for business, leisure or a special occasion, you can submit your reservation online in a few easy steps.
Step-by-step booking process

Choose your vehicle and rental details
Browse our premium fleet and select the vehicle that best suits your needs, from luxury sedans and SUVs to exotic and sports cars. Vehicle listings include specifications, images and the applicable rental rates.
Select your rental dates, preferred pickup and drop-off locations and, where available, any additional services you may require, such as an additional driver, child seat, chauffeur service or optional insurance coverage.

Enter your basic information
Provide your full name, valid email address, mobile number and home address. This information allows us to create your booking record, communicate with you and proceed with the required rental verification.

Submit your booking online
Once your booking request is submitted, it is received by our reservations team for availability and rental-detail verification. A member of our team will then contact you to confirm the requested vehicle, rental period, delivery or collection arrangements and any additional services.

Complete document verification
Before payment and final confirmation, you will be asked to provide the documents required for your rental.

Document verification allows us to confirm the driver’s eligibility and comply with applicable UAE driving, rental and insurance requirements.

Receive a secure payment link
After the booking and required documents have been verified, we will send you a secure online payment link issued through our authorised banking or payment provider.
Payment can be completed securely by an accepted credit or debit card. Card details entered through the secure payment page are not collected or stored on the Imperial Premium Rent a Car website.

Booking status — On Hold until payment
Until the required payment has been successfully received, the booking remains On Hold and should not be considered finally confirmed.
Once payment is confirmed, the reservation is secured in accordance with the agreed booking terms and we will issue the applicable payment receipt and official booking confirmation voucher.
Is my vehicle reserved before payment?
A booking request or availability confirmation does not by itself constitute a fully confirmed reservation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the vehicle remains On Hold until the required payment has been received and the booking has been formally confirmed by Imperial Premium Rent a Car.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. For customer security, Imperial Premium Rent a Car does not collect or store payment-card details directly on this website. Once your booking and required documents have been verified, payment is completed through a secure payment link provided by our authorised banking or payment provider.
This verification-before-payment process also helps reduce unauthorised bookings, payment fraud and the misuse of rental vehicles or identity documents.
What documents will I need before my booking is confirmed?
The required documents depend on whether you are a UAE resident or a visitor. They generally include a valid passport, the appropriate valid driving licence and, for visitors whose licence requires one, a valid International Driving Permit (IDP). UAE residents are generally required to provide valid UAE residency documentation, Emirates ID and a valid UAE driving licence.

Peak season and major-event bookings
Tip:
During peak rental periods and major UAE events, including the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, New Year celebrations and major international exhibitions, demand for premium, luxury and exotic vehicles can be exceptionally high.
We therefore recommend completing document verification and payment as early as possible once availability has been confirmed. A vehicle should not be considered finally secured until the applicable booking requirements and payment have been completed.
